SOAR is an extension of The Scholars program.  This program was established fall 2018 with the purpose to continue mentorship to our youth who've surpassed the age of 16.  Through SOAR we prep our young adults for future challenges by teaching leadership skill, self esteem, self reflection, effective communication skills, organizational skills, as well as providing tools to succeed in their future.  Currently we have five SOAR members.
